Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone, country), property and transaction records you create or that ops/verifier staff create on your behalf, and payment references for GroundTruth's own fees. We do not collect or store your escrow/purchase funds — those are held by an external solicitor or escrow provider.

Who we share it with

Supabase (database and authentication hosting, London region), Paystack (fee payment processing), Resend (transactional email). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting us. Some records (e.g. completed transactions) may need to be retained for legal or dispute- resolution purposes even after account deletion.
