Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GroundTruth Homes (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

What GroundTruth does

GroundTruth publishes property listings after independent verification (title checks, land-registry review, site visits) and coordinates escrow-linked purchases between buyers and sellers. GroundTruth does not hold or move purchase funds — those are held by a licensed solicitor or escrow provider named on each transaction. GroundTruth's own fees (verification, monitoring) are collected separately via a payment provider.

No guarantee of outcome

Verification reduces risk but does not eliminate it. GroundTruth is not a party to the underlying property transaction and does not guarantee title, condition, or completion of any purchase.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of information you provide.
